  • 1. MEETING OF THE MINDS

    Involves discovering your space, taking measurements, discussing styles and personal taste and end goal in mind.

  • 2. ARCHITECTURAL ANALYSIS & DESIGN PRESENTATION

    We work with your architect to review electrical plans, angles, and space planning so that every detail functions with the end goal in mind, from flow to floor plan.We present options and finishes, leading to finalized 3D renders.

  • 3. DEMO & CONSTRUCTION

    If you have renovations in your project plans, we will guide you every step of the way. We provide a customized checklist of everything in your demo process prior to construction and regularly check in with vendors to ensure timely processing and troubleshooting.

  • 4. INSTALL MANAGEMENT

    Optionally, we supervise constructions, assuring the respect of the designs.

We typically accept maximum three projects per year to ensure personalized attention and deliver exceptional results tailored to your specific needs. We'll discuss your project, including style, scope, design needs, budget, and timeline after receiving your information. For more details, please refer to our process outlined above!

  • Absolutely! You can choose any contractor, builder, or architect you prefer. We’re happy to collaborate with whichever construction team you believe is best suited for your home. You are welcome to work with our team of trusted contractors and architects we have worked with on past projects.

  • To ensure transparency and simplicity we typically charge an hourly rate that varies based on the project’s complexity and scope. In general, Design Services typically account for approximately 10% of your overall budget. Once we receive your project details, we will provide a more accurate estimate tailored to your specific needs.

  • We move with the pace of the project. The projects vary in completion and implementation depending on the level of detail, size of home or project, and the builder’s timeline. 

  • We offer services from large scale projects like new construction to renovations/remodels of kitchen overhauls and 1-2 rooms. All projects include an in-person consultation, comprehensive project management, site visits, and furniture procurement.

  • A designer can join the process at any stage, but we recommend involving us as early as possible. The sooner we’re included, the easier we can make the process for you and provide valuable design recommendations for the space.

  • Absolutely! We travel within 30 miles of the Greater Milwaukee area and enjoy connecting with clients from various locations. Please note that we do not offer virtual consultations at this time.
